The National Digital library of India (NDLI) is a project under Ministry of Human Resource Development, India. The objective is to integrate several national and international digital libraries in one single web-portal. The NDLI provides free access to many books in English and the Indian languages.

Circulation Section (Book issue, Return and Renewal Counter):
The Circulation Section is Located on the ground floor near the main gate, this section is the backbone of the library. Many faculty members and students of UIT, UTD and affiliated Institutes come here every day for circulation of books and journals.
Circulation section is facilitating to readers to Issue and return of books with the help of automated RFID based self check-in, check-out books circulation system in library automation. It’s a world class library in terms of RFID System. In this Section readers can get themselves enrolled as member of the Library. The timings of issue and return of books are 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on weekdays. It means circulation section is a hub of library activities where lending out of books to readers other then this various functions are undertaken viz. Registration of new members, lending of books, reminders for overdue books, reservation of books, renewal of membership cards, records and files, statistics and inter library loans etc.
